Modes of Shipping
All domestic shipping will be conducted by Yamato Transport Co., Ltd. All international shipping will be conducted by FedEx.
If a delivery date has not been specified, shipping will take place 1 to 3 days after the purchase order is placed.
【Shipping within Japan】
Specifying a delivery date and time between 5 to 9 days after a purchase order is placed is an option for all domestic shipping. The purchaser can select 1 of the following time periods:
- 9am to 12pm
- 2pm to 4pm
- 4pm to 6pm
- 6pm to 8pm
- 7pm to 9pm
* Delivery date and time are subject to change due to weather conditions and other circumstances.
Specifying a delivery date and time is unavailable for all international shipping.
Changes to Specified Delivery Date and Delivery Address
Please contact us or the shipping company directly.
* All requests are not accepted once purchase orders are being prepared for shipping.
* For all Payment on Delivery purchase orders, any changes to the contents of the purchase order are not accepted once the original purchase order has been shipped.

For domestic shipping only, Yamato Transport’s payment on delivery service, [Takkyubin Collect] is available where cash, credit card, or electronic money are accepted. A handling fee will be charged for the Payment on Delivery service seen here:

* Payment on Delivery amounts refer to the total amount of the purchase order.

* A receipt will be issued by Yamato Financial Co., Ltd.

Import Taxes and Other Duties
We include the cost of taxes and duties in your order, so you won’t need to pay any additional fees if you are located in any of the locations below:
China mainland, Hong Kong SAR, Taiwan Region, Macau, Singapore, United States, Canada, Australia.
For the other areas, in addition to the purchase order amount, purchase orders may be subject to import taxes and other duties based on the respective country and or regional customs regulations. Please be aware the purchaser will be responsible for payment of such import taxes and other duties upon delivery.
Delivery Status Confirmation
The delivery status can be viewed in the ‘Order History’ in the ‘My Page’ section.
A ‘notification of shipment completion’ will be sent via email once shipment has been completed.
In the Event of Delivery Period Expiration
In the event where the purchase order was not delivered due to the absence of the purchaser during the time of delivery, the shipping company will send a ‘notice of absence’ to the purchaser. Please be available for delivery during a subsequent delivery period. In the event where the purchaser is absent during a subsequent storage period and or the delivery address is unknown, the purchase order will be automatically returned to us.
In the Event of Non-Delivery and or Due to a Long Period of Absence
All returned purchase orders will be kept in storage for 7 days before further action is taken by us.
* In the event where the order has not been delivered even though the payment for the purchase order is completed, the purchase order will be returned to us. After being kept in storage for 7 days the purchase order will be processed according to our non-delivery procedures.
* In the event where the purchase order has not been delivered due to an unknown address, the purchase order will be canceled. If you would like to repurchase the order, please contact us.
* For any reason, reshipping is at our discretion.
* In the event where the purchase order has been canceled, reshipping is no longer an option. If you would like to repurchase the order, please complete the steps to make your purchase order once again.
* In the event where the purchase orders: has not been delivered due to a long period of absence by the purchaser; or the purchaser was not able to receive the purchase order; or a reshipment was needed, future purchases via the online store may be restricted.
